蘭州牛肉麵






到了蘭州當然要吃牛肉拉麪。蘭州拉麪講究「一清二白三紅四綠五黃」,就是說湯要清亮秀徹,蘿蔔切片要瑩白,辣椒油要紅得火爆,湯上要放上翠綠的香菜和蒽花,麪條要爽滑透黃。梁某要的拉麪一二四五俱全,就是不太吃辣不敢加紅。
