片皮鴨憶昔
熟悉的一家上海菜館在附近新商埸啟業,前往試菜,叫了一道片皮鴨二食。
70
年代從香港負笈加拿大,甫抵愛民頓,接機朋友請我到
Empress
飯店吃的也是片皮鴨二食。不過,當時用的捲皮是切角白方包。

飯店如果依然健在,應該已經進化到用薄餅做捲皮了吧?
